Your Facilitators
Led by two female executives Virginie Glaenzer and Valeria Maltoni from France and Italy respectively and thus trained in rich cultural social collaboration. We combine these unique perspectives and worldview with the adaptive and empowering practice of living and working at the frontiers of change.


Valeria Maltoni
Valeria Maltoni is a popular writer, speaker and business advisor, whose work has appeared in Fast Company, Forbes, Business Week, Inc., Advertising Age and other A-list publications. In addition to her work and writing, Valeria is the Founder of Conversation Agent LLC a cross-cultural consultancy that helps business leaders and entrepreneurs tell a new story with confidence, deliver more value.

Virginie Glaenzer
Conscious leader and digital sensemaker, Virginie has harnessed more than 25 years of experience as a renowned digital expert through executive leadership, consulting work, keynoting and thought leadership.
She has spoken at many top conferences and events such as Customer Experience Conferences, Chief Growth Officer Conference, C-Suite Conference, The Marketing Forum. She is the author of The Awakened Brand and the host of the Pass the Mic podcast, which aims to bring compassion and conscious leadership to business and in our personal lives and help listeners ask themselves questions to become conscious self-authoring leaders.

Meredith Lewis
Meredith Lewis is a Facilitator, Trainer, Critical Friend, and Writer: she makes people feel heard and help them understand their stories.
Meredith has over 25 years’ experience of working in the tertiary, creative, and community sectors including as a manager, project manager, trainer, arts manager, choreographer and performer.
She specializes in leading discussions, creative interventions and workshops that help people navigate their way past groupthink, discover shared values, and invigorate imagination.
She does this through conducting workshops, facilitating discussions, co-creating plans, and giving presentations.
